Dear All,
i am in a serious financial hardship position and am about to lose my home. I have 2 claims in a stay at the courts. one with nationwide for over 12k and 1 for barclays for about 3k. with this money i would be able to pay my arrears.
barclays have not replied at all and nationwide have only last week taken an income and expenses form from me.
I ams elf employed and owed a lot of money from jobs done. I have tried everything including finally getting a hearing at court today only to have the stay held in place despite barclays not even showing up.
if anyone has any suggestions or ideas i would really appreciate them.
I need to get the moneyf rom nationwide asap to keep my home, this will destroy my wife and children.

It will have the Barclays I&E form on there as well as information on timescales for both Barclays and Nationwide. You will need to register as you do on MSE to view the Barclays I&E form.0
