Hi everyone.First of all thank you to each of you keeping the community alive and helping others.I need some advice regarding my debt which would be greatly appreciated.Having been made redundant last month i have been unable to keep up the payments on my defauted accounts as i was paying little every month,to clear the debt.
I have 3 defaults,with Egg Credit card,Abbey Bank and HSBC,totalling £8000.
I have gone through the forums and requested CCA's from the lenders. All have replied within the time limit but i just dont know if they are properly drafted.Could someone with the expertize point me to the right direction.I just want to know if it is worth chasing the lenders to give up if they were not drafted properly.
Please advice.I appreciate every help from the forum users.

The first thing you should be looking at is to see if any of your accounts had payment protection insurance. If they did, they should kick in to pay for the account for up to a year.
Different agreements require different information so it is a little difficult to state what should be on the agreements. If the agreements were made from 6th April 2007 or later, then as long as there is an agreement, this may be enough for a court to enforce the debt. Before this date, certain terms had to be on the agreements.
Weller did a post that detailed what was required on the agreement

If the agreements don't have your signature on them they may be reproductions so be aware of this when checking. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
