This sounds like a scam. Does anyone know what it involves? Is there a legal way to access these channels via the internet?

http://www.blastyouraccount.co.uk is a forum that lists all the channels for free. What your buying off ebay is prob a copy!0

There a millions of tv stations around the world broadcasting over the net.
All you have to do is find them. This is sometimes difficult, and most are cak anyway.
