Yorkshire Bank...help?

Hey all

Been reading through what seems to be millions of posts and its got me thinking about my loan.

Borrowed 7200 in jan03 and topped up with 2500 in nov06

its due to run out in november this year, now Yorkshire bank have recently been frustrating me with there apparent lack of banking knowledge (wouldn't even print out a statement for me on headed paper(too much to ask?!!))

is there any point in looking into my ppi on these account and poss reclaim??

would appreciate any advice, am new to doing the whole "keeping track of finances" concept...but im getting there!! slowly

    hi David, if you feel they were missold to you then take a look at the reclaiming guide here

    If there are reasons that you can make a complaint with then you send the template letter (or rather a version similar with your own reasons on it) recorded delivery and wait up to 8 weeks for a full and final response. If you had two loans then you write that you are actually complaining about the misselling on both loans and write the account numbers on if poss.

    search my name in forums and you will see what i have posted. I have yorkshire bank by the short and curlies, after months of letter writing but they still wont reply. its now with the FOS, so all i can do is sit back and wait................but heaven (and cash for being ripped off), comes to he/she who waits..............
