What's the cheapest B&B in Manchester for the 17th June?

I hope someone can help. I'm having a largish family get together on the 17th June and I need to find places for people to stay. They are on a tight budget but I'm struggling to find any cheap places on that night. I'm looking for a room for two adults and also for an adult and two children (12 & 13). Any suggestions?

Try Travelodges in the Manchester area. The one at the airport is often cheap though itmight be too far out for you.0
