Just got another 90 mins kip in :o Woke just in time for a pharmacy delivery - first time I've used the service cos a very nice doctors receptionist (rare breed indeed!) suggested it. Always felt too cheeky before cos I'm perfectly capable of walking/driving to the chemist

.. Elle, not sure if you spotted I asked a HR related question a few pages back. Not sure if you saw it, or just didn't have anything you wanted to add :D. You were working in HR weren't you or have I made an embarassing faux pas?

Weezl, yes, sorry. I was/am in HR. I'm an administrator rather than advisor, but get involved in most issues and debates too ;) I did see your question and wanted to look into it further before answering (mainly the issue of pay that ladybird mentioned). Will do it as soon as I have both hands free :)

MM if you did a road trip but didn't visit some people :( you could go from Tara to weezl to MFD/Krystal et al, then Me/Glam/SB/3/Fritha then to SM, via Lu(I think) then Elle on the east coastness then further up from there to Susan/beccles then further to north to scotland for rmac, scruffy, button and Caz (I'm not sure what order the scots are in but most are on the east) :D

I got a C in GCSE geography doncha know :p :rotfl:

I thought you might have forgotten about lil 'ole me :o but Sami remembered!
    Genius  Holiday sorted ;):rotfl:

    ETA - wheres Glam ??

If u mean where in Geographical terms, in Warrington. If you mean where is Glam right now? I was probably mopping up vomit _pale_
    Dusting? What's dusting? :rotfl:

Okay ladies, a question for you. Asda (George) baby clothing - I'm looking online - but I can't find a size chart! Does anyone have an idea how their "First Size" measures up against their "Tiny Baby"? I'm loathe to phone their 0844 number to ask ....

Like Elle said - It confused me! I had tons of first size stuff and none of it fitted Jack. He's now in the tiny baby stuff and it fits lovely and still has a bit of room. On Tuesday he was 6lbs 6oz.

Had a greedy boy last night, he wanted a bottle at 10.30pm having just had one at 8pm. He drank the lot and then at 11.30pm spewed quite spectacularly, he let out one cry and then went back to sleep. I saw him be sick and was so frightened I cried my eyes out for ages! :o

Elle - I've been co-sleeping with Jack when he has a restless night (like last night). I do it in the spare room thou cos I don't trust OH!
I put a pillow against the radiator, then pop Jack in the middle of the bed, then I have my pillows down the bed so that my head is in line with his head. I make sure that wherever he turns his head there's nothing he can snuffle against. I lie on my side with my arm under my head - the problem is we have a sprung mattress in the spare room and I am used to my foam mattress so I end up with a dead arm after awhile!
Not sure if this will still work when he can wriggle but OK for now.

HV coming later on - I hope she's nice and not a PITA

I was in OH's words hideously huge when having Ed but cute n tubby when having Chris so yes you'll prob get bigger this time.

hows the cramp Maz? do you want me to post my no cramp plan? I had it so bad with Chris they thought the knot in my calf combined with constant pain was DVT so I had loads of tests done  but I sucessfully nipped it in the bud this time

I keep being told that I'm bigger than last time but I guess that's down to the old elasticity having gone a bit to pot ie being stretched once already

Thanks Sami, only seem to get cramp once every couple of weeks so not too much of a prob at the mo.....

I have 7 rooms if you count the extension but it is kinda just linked from the living room so could be 6?
