This is almost identical to the house I lived in before this one, it was council, but needed so much work doing to it I done an exchange to my house I'm in now, downgrading from 3 beds to 2 beds.

My mum and Dad bought a house, my mum is now living with my Nan and about £60k out of pocket, cant afford to buy or even rent her own place, sod that!

Blimey! thats well cheap, saying that though I live in the southeast, so prices down here are rediculous!

AM my flat in holloway north london was smaller then this with no balacony .... it was worth 140K ....... this one 25K .......... big difference x

Thanks for all your lovely comments about the photo!

Andrew is doing just fine, he's now on a 6hr on / 6hr off Cpap routine, which seems to suit him well; the Cpap is set at 21% oxygen (ie. air proportions) and he's on 32% oxygen in the incubator when off Cpap. Today we had a lovely cuddle, as he was awake (he normally sleeps in my arms) and was very responsive to our voices and to being touched - holding out his arms as if he wanted bigger hugs
