Voip USB Phone Buttons not working with Voipcheap?

I raised this in the home phones forum with no success, so I'll try here.
I bought a Ikino Voice 200 USB Voip phone which was bundled with Skype. However, I'm trying to use the phone with Voipcheap. I've loaded the phone drivers and it works great with Voipcheap, only none of the buttons on the phone work. I have to use the number pad and the connection/disconnection buttons on Voipcheap software to make any calls.
If I load up the Skype software, all of the phone buttons work great, but they just won't work on Voipcheap.
Is this a common thing with Voip USB phones because most of them seem to be bundled with Skype alone? Can anyone recommend a VOIP phone where the buttons will work with Voipcheap?
Thanks.

There is a suite of software written to make the VoipCheap/buster family work with VOIP adapters. I do not know if something similar exists for USB buttons.
I would suggest to look into that forum and maybe post the question there where there is people who has actually worked on this sort of software. Start from here for links:

Thanks for that. I've raised the question on that link to see if I get any answers.
However, I'm sure there are users on this forum who are using USB phones with Voipcheap or Voipstunt. Do the buttons on the phone work normally with these providers, as they would with a normal phone?0 -
Bump this up again.
Can anyone tell me if the buttons on their USB VOIP phone works with other VOIP suppliers other than Skype? In particular, do they work with VOIPCHEAP?0
