We have used a number of companies like https://www.sportsprint.co.uk for polo shirts for carrier bags i have used a company called westmorland packaging.

There is a magazine that lists all the suppliers of all this type of merchandise.

I would advise calling the publisher and getting a copy of their annual Buyers Guide (they send me the magazine regularly for free and also the Buyers guide free every year - you may need to pay for it, so check that out)

Then you can ring round a few companies and get quotes - that way you know you can get the best deal.
