What BG tariff was this? WebSaver3 has a £30 penalty if you leave before 01 Dec 09.
It stops people switching simply to get cashback.0 -
It also of course just stops them switching to get a better deal, full stop.
Look on the bright side, OP, even if you'd switched to another BG tariff (what are we up to now, Websaver 4? 5?) BG would STILL have charged you that £30. Which sort of makes a mockery of Cardew's theory regarding it existing solely to stop cashback trousersers, don't you think? Call me Carmine....
