In the United Kingdom 200,000 people are bitten by dogs every year and some people will die as a result. Of those bitten, 70% are children... So the question has to be asked....... Has the time come to ban children?0 -
TBH there isn't much of a market for 2nd hand pcs.
I used to be in the business, and we worked on 70% depreciation a year for the average desktop pc.
Over 3 years old and they are worth pretty much worthless..
Laptops do however have some value over time...0 -
looks like some charity is going to be nefit from my old computer. which software do i need to wipe all my files and info on the hard disk ?0

If you're buying a new PC and donating the old one to a charity, at least you could do is to transfer the OS license to the new owner.. Remove the rest since most of the time you want to retain the licenses. The PC will be of no use if there isn't any basic OS on it and installing free OS like Linux won't be any help to the charity too either.0
