ESA, DLA, ESA premium

I have high mobility and middle carers, also income based esa, i was told if i had dla then i would get the premium esa because of the dla.. does this make sense? brain fog this eve.
yesterday finally got hold of esa to remind them that i has been 2 weeks since i spoke to them, and going by the advice they gave me 2 weeks ago, was to call dla to tell them to tell esa what i was on to get the premium.. (still with me)
I did ring dla, and the woman did laugh and say how were they to know that they had to tell esa, and explained that esa are the ones to ring them on their special phone and it would be confirmed....
so yesterday i relay this to the woman on the phone, who was apologetic and said it should all be sorted and including backdate, be in my bank in the next 48 hours..
brilliant i thought, until esa rang me today.
i was told i need to fill in yet another form to see if i am eligible...
is this right, so many staff members have said i should get it, now they are questioning it

Life is about give and take, if you can't give why should you take?

If you are talking about the SDP then it is normal to have to fill in an IS10 in order to get it. You will qualify for the SDP if there are no adults living with you, or, if they are, they have to be in receipt of Middle Rate Care Component too.
If you are talking about the Disability Premium then this is not payable on ESA.0 -

If 18 or 19 then there is a chance of not being entitled to the extra money.
SDP is, I think, the extra money you are talking about. Its sometimes payable if someone is on an Income Related benefit and also middle rate care of DLA.0 -
What age of a teen though?

Return it to the appropriate office and you should, after a short wait, get your extra money.0 -
