Cheap calls to UK from US

Hi Moneysavers,

My partner is a US citizen, her family lives in the states along with many of her friends, and finds she's always having to call them because it's too expensive for them to call here.

Is there a US equivalent of 18866 or another way to call cheaply (to mobiles as well as landlines)? we saw an advert when we were out there but it was over before we got chance to register the website!

I don't know what cheap is for mobiles but for landlines:
