No, tenants don't own their home (or pay a mortgage towards owning their home), and tenants are also bound by their tenancy agreements which, as it isn't their house, prevents them from doing work to the house unless they seek permission from the landlord, and I can't see many agreeing to the installation to an ISDN line just to allow talkSPORT to broadcast from the house.

I think talkSPORT are just covering their backs by adding that rule in to the competition.
