    Hi all,

    Well the buyer has still not surfaced on this his requested completion date.

    Sold signs now removed and back on the market.

    Its all a bit childish of him to ignore calls, e mails and letters but there you go.

    Lets hope when his solicitors bill drops thro the letter box he chokes on his cornflakes...lol
