Where to send my claim?

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
I seem to remember seeing somewhere on this site a list of bank addresses for sending a claim. Unfortunately I can't find it even with a search.

Could someone please tell me what address I need to send my correspondance too regarding a claim against the Nat West.

    Arkle, all the details of where plus the income and expenditure form are contained on the post I have quoted. Yesterday, I even managed to get their I&E form so it's very accurate.
