Essex County Council has admitted that they failed to put in place the required Parking Orders for a new set of Double Yellow lines between the Mercury Theatre & the Hole in the wall Public House in Colchester.
If you have been ticketed for parking on these, then start your appeals procedure now.
Also, please remember that due to the number of gaps in them, the other DYL's around the Mercury are also un-enforceable, as are the ones in 'Sheepen Place', and the whole length of 'London Road, Stanway', from 'Villa Road' junction to 'King Harold Road'.
The more I find, the more I'll post.
