FirstSave 1 Year Fixed Rate Bond

FirstSave1 Year Fixed Rate Bond 3.50% looks good ive got 60k to fix has anyone had any dealings with this bank....?

    West Brom BS' E-Bond is still open, looking at their website.

    3.90% for a £5K min.

    Several providers in this link paying more than 3.5% for a year, including Post Office, West Brom and 100% FSCS protection at Northern Rock.

    Personally I don't want to get too excited about a product where the average rate is somewhere just under 4.25% fixed for 3 years.

    If you want to tie your money up for 3 years you could take 4.5% from a mainstream high street provider with a Halifax Guaranteed Reserve, 4.55% from Birmingham Midshires or 4.65% from West Brom.
