Do you think that the banks' legal advisors are using delaying tactics to save paying out money to those people who have not yet claimed and whose unfair charges go back beyond the time they are allowed to claim?

They cannot delay things while there is a blanket stay which has come from the Judiciary so NO.Do you think that the banks' legal advisors are using delaying tactics to save paying out money to those people who have not yet claimed and whose unfair charges go back beyond the time they are allowed to claim?
