I recently ordered products from the above website. Payment was through SagePay.
When the items failed to arrive I contacted them and was told that items had been despatched 10 days earlier. I suggested that as the sender should have a certificate of posting, they should submit a claim through Royal Mail. I was told that this would happen and a replacement would be sent to me in the post. When the replacement failed to arrive I rang them again and was told it was sent by Recorded Delivery but tracking it on line showed nothing!!!. I said I would wait another couple of days and ring back if the goods did not arrive. They did not and I have not been able to contact them since that date. The phone is unanswered and I have received no reply to emails..
Can anyone advise me what action I can take to resolve this problem?
