Conditions for Car Hire NZ
gorilla
I am going to New Zealand in September and am looking to hire a car for about 10 days. I have only passed my UK driving test for 5 months, so by the time I get to NZ I will be driving for less than a year. I am over 25 years old. Friends have said that you can only hire a car if you have held a full licence for 2 years.
After a google search I can't find this condition included on any car hire sites.
Can anyone confirm if this is the case?
Thanks.

Can't remember from when we hired but if it is not listed on some care hire website in NZ then why don't you email them. Better to find out sooner than when you get there.**BERTIE**Did you Know: It costs more than £325,000 a day to run the lifeboat service? (with no government funding) Please donate to the RNLI0
