Can i Claim

I have a personal account and business account (partnership) not limited
with rbs, been with them 14 years, and want to reclaim charges on both accounts, they say the current account and business account are linked
but have a standing order for £200.00 which is paid from business account
to personal account each month but if funds not available in business account rbs charge us £38.00, without all the other charges we get, over both accounts this has built up to a hefty amount, do i put in two separate claims, or one claim as this has put us into financial hardship
been to see relationship manager, he bascically laughed at us, what can i do. many thanks

Thank you for reply,
Do not know if i can as the bank linked them0 -
It's irrelevant if a business and a personal account is linked since one is for your personal expenditure and the other is for a business.alexdan007 wrote: »Thank you for reply,

So does that mean that i can claim separately as the business account is (a partnership and not ltd) the bank linked the accounts so if personal one needed funds they automatically withdrew them from the business account, but funds were not avaliable in the business account to
pay the £200.00 into the personal account they charged me, or can i not put a claim in for the business charges, sorry confused0
