    ON A RELATED MATTER ....

Are any of the ALICE IN WONDERLAND previews planned for an ODEON anywhere ?

Only I don't know if you've seen the news BUT ...

ODEON cinemas have "fallen out" with DISNEY

There's been MALICE in Wonderland :)

ODEON WILL NOT be screening ALICE - anywhere, anytime !

Something to do with Disney wanting to release the DVD in just 12 weeks (from release) and the "standard" agreed period that cinemas can show a film like this for being 17 weeks.

Odeon believe it is the "thin end of the wedge" and soon 12 weeks will become "the norm"

So, THEY AIN'T SHOWING IT !

And that being the case, I can't see they would go ahead with any previews they might be involved with

The only preview to be held at Odeon is ironically the Royal Premiere!
Both Odeon and Vue are boycotting the film. Up to now all previews are at Cineworld cinemas.
  • Is anyone else having stupid problems logging into Sky 3D to claim tickets for certain shows?

It comes up saying I'm not registered, yet I can log in for other movies using the same email address??

Any ideas people? I got ticket for the blind side thru S3D but then when I tried to get tickets for alice in wonderland it said i wasnt registered?!? !!!!!!!
  • Hello,

Does anyone have any tickets to Alice in Wonderland 3D in Cardiff?

Or - if you are going to cancel some could you email me and let me know so I can try and swoop them up?!

    Thanks
    Sam

Are you using the same account for both screenings? One of Sky's t&c's is that you cannot book tickets for two screenings in a row - maybe this is a factor.

I was yeah, does this mean I'd need to register with a different email address to try and get to seperate screenings of different movies?

I haven't booked for either in this case , so I don't know if people are having problems booking both, but I have previously been unable to book a film because I had tickets for the screning before it. I get round this by alternating bookings between my own and my OH's account. It is also a factor that people need to bear in mind if they cannot make it to a screening that they have booked - they should always make sure they have cancelled the tickets (though they ought to anyway to let others have a chance of them).

do we have to come at 6:30 pm for the tickets to be exchanged.
Why do we need to wait 1 hour and 20 mins for it to start.
  • Just got Alice and Wonderland tickets in MK, using the non Sky3D link.

Get on some guys, looks like they have more tickets.
  • Wish Norwich had more free screenings, very few available:(
