How do you get the codes then? I am signed up to one of them but never seem to get any codes.

Have you registered with them ? Get on to their website, underneath the blue logo it says "register" fill it in completely with preferences and all.
If you have already done it send them a message here: help@seefilmfirst.com and explain your situation.
The same happened to me a long time ago but now it's ok. Try to re-register yourself. I'm sure it'll work.
Hope this helps for you. Pls let me know if you have solve your issue. It will take time because you have to wait for a code. But it will work.:beer:

Thanks, i have just tried to reregister but it says my email is already taken so i have emailed them stating i am not receiving any emails from me. Will keep you updated. thanks for the help.
