I must warn you that this is not hollywood film, has slow bits that seem to have no sense (according to a friend who saw it with me) but this is typical of persian movies. Great film to watch with a brother or sister too.
Enjoy!
Thank u cineman, wl check it out on puter. This wl my first Persian film.
Have been given a great seat, really looking forward to this. Fab music b4 show too.0 -
Saw Charlie St Cloud on Tuesday with 12 year old daughter...both really enjoyed it. Agree that some characters could have been developed a lot more but still found the film entertaining. Some lovely giggly moments and the inevitable tears at the end
All in all a lovely film with some beautiful scenery (Mr Efron included:D) and a fab evening with my daughter
Just bagged tickets for Despicable meso will have very happy people tomorrow when they find out. Just wish there were more screenings in Lincoln...don't mind trekking to Hull too much tho (if I wait to watch it in Lincoln it will cost £35...petrol to Hull won't be that much - not quite free but a damn sight cheaper :rotfl:)

Had vouchers to use up by today. Opted to see Buried. I really liked this. I'd recommend it. I want to speak about one scene in particular, but won't spoil it for you, but my jaw actually dropped at one point. This gives nothing away, as this could be applicable to quite a few of these scenes. If anyone has watched it, and wants to discuss my reaction to this particular scene, feel free to pm me.Invented tradition: Couponology

What a great show Johnny Vegas and fellow comedians put on as part of a series on Dave called Daves One Night Stand. The rivalry between the people of St. Helens and those in Wigan took an extraordinary turn when Mr V. had several male members of the audience kidnap a loud-mouthed Wiganer (Wiganite?) who had been heckling since start of show. They tied him up with shoe laces courtesy of Johnny Vegas and carried him up on stage to be videoed with an audience members phone. We were asked for suggestions as to what to do with him and my first thought was something along the lines of Buried! lol
Don't think it was ever decided who to send video to but ransom is £60. in Primark vouchers to be divided equally between male and females. I've decided to buy a brown handbag with my share!
What an extraordinary night, can't wait to see how they edit and present it on October 24th. I have friends who went to see Sarah Millican on the Newcastle leg of the series and they loved it.
I don't know where else they are filming or if any more to do. But if you check on sroaudience website and its coming to a town near you then I recommend you try and bag tix. You might be offered standby tix as I was and friends last week. Accept the offer because if you queue for wristband early enough you will more than likely get in. Don't be put off if you are disabled, just ring the number on your e-ticket and they will sort you out no problem. I was given row H in stalls, great view and thankfully no stairs. Sadly Theatre Royal in St. Helens is not fully accessible but staff are very helpful.0 -
Okay, am trying to read between the lines and debates, does this mean that there are two showings for Life As We Know it? I'll turn up at 6.30 anyway.0

Fruitcake if I was you I'd log onto showfilmfirst, go to view tickets and double check the time. Newcastle has defs changed times to 20:45 but it has been pointed out that other cinemas have not changed times0 -
