i would have told the txting girl off she should know better tho
the cinema attendant was using binoculars to see if anyone was filming

Hi, does anyone have any Sky tickets for Sorcerers apprentice at all for Leeds/Bradford? I have been trying over 10 times per day to get them, am a sky customer who pays in excess of £70 per month for my package and I cannot get any at all. I have complained to Sky but they say there is nothing they can do. Yeah once for us at Printworks.

You were supposed to have ID and a copy of Heat magazine can't remember what the film was.

A couple of security guy's were on the door but after a while it was taking so long getting people in that an angry mob was forming so they gave up and everyone got in.

Got a feeling they were taking mobile phones off people and giving them back later on but that might have been a different showing ???

I got tickets but will give them back if you do have to show a mastercard.

Terms and Conditions for The Last Airbender Promotion with MasterCard

1. This promotion is open to MasterCard cardholders, who are 18 and over, and reside in the UK. No employees of MasterCard, their subsidiaries, other group companies, their agents, or any company associated with the prize draw and those involved in the promotion are eligible to enter.
2. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
3. To enter the promotion, use your MasterCard between 28/07/10 and 06/08/10 inclusive (the “Promotional Period”) to make any POS (Point Of Sale) purchase and visit the MasterCard Priceless Cinema website located at www.pricelesscinema.co.uk before the end of the Promotional Period for your chance to claim up to 4 tickets to an advance screening of The Last Airbender. You will be asked to register personal data in order to claim up to 4 tickets at any one cinema. Maximum of 4 tickets can be claimed per registrant.
4. Northern Ireland NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Northern Ireland residents have the same opportunity to claim tickets with no purchase needing to have been made on their MasterCard by following the same route listed in point 2 above.
5. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late attempts to claim tickets will not be accepted. Proof of submitting will not be accepted as proof of claim. MasterCard and its agencies for this promotion (collectively referred to as the “Promoter”) take no responsibility for attempts to claim tickets which are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
6. Neither MasterCard nor agencies involved in this promotion will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to this offer.
7. All claims for tickets must be received by midnight on 06/08/10.

11. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the tickets will only be made available directly to the cardholder who has registered and claimed the ticket(s).
12. The Promoter’s decisions will be final with regard to all promotional matters, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Any winners attending the screening(s) agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
14. Any tickets declined by winners will not be awarded to any alternative winner.
15. The names and counties of the winners will be available by sending a S.A.E. to MasterCard and The Last Airbender Promotion, PO Box 31586, London, W11 4YB within three months of the closing date.

Doesn't say anything in the T+C's about showing your mastercard - just that you have to make a purchase on it. Not sure how they'll verify it though.

The tix & writing on the site doesn't mention it , but the poster on the site sayss 3D

It would help if you knew where the movie was going to be screened. I might have helped if you did know, but as you don't, helping you would be a complete waste.
