Aktiv Kapital complaints - OFT targets Aktiv Kapital

  • In November 2009 I made an agreement with Aktiv Kapitol to pay £400 of a £488 balance in full as long as not default was put on my account, since then I have kept within all my credit limits paid all my bills on time to rebuild my credit rating, so recently I decided to check my credit report and was shocked to see that Activ Kapitol have added a default on my account on 01/01/09, at this time I had been making payments of £80 a month and was up to date with this arrangement. Is there something I can do to get this removed as when I paid the £400 they agreed no defaults had been put on my account.
Any one else had this sort of problem??
