Halifax charges outrageous, HELP!!!!

I went overdraw by £3 and was charged £35 then two other debit card transactions come out ( I had cleared the balance ) of £3 and £1.73, I was then charged two further charges of £35 so for going overdrawn by the maximum of £20 I have been charged £105 in one week. How is this allowed, I cannot afford this and don't know what to do. When I called them a very nice lady said that I had chosen this account and knew the terms and conditions. Little does she realise mine and the countries taxes are keepinf halifax affloat and her still in a job. I'm so angry and don't know where to start:$

Unfortunately the way their charging structure is at the moment means that the charges would have been applied correctly(I would go further and say that for that amount it may well have been authorised automatically regardless of funds since it would be below floor limits that many shops would have). However, I would reclaim the charges using Martin's guide.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
