inquiry into benefits medicals

apologies if been posted before - not got energy to do search / read thru posts today.

the work and pensions ministry has launched an inquiry into medicals, so if anyone wants to tell them about their experience, they should write to Commons Works and Pensions Committee by September 10th.

nice one.

i am yet to experience the 'medical' i am dreading the esa one, i've heard too many horror stories.. just filled out the medical form prior to the medical so i can imagine one will be coming soon, although I've told them i am housebound for now, so if they need to see me they have to come to me.

i have been for my esa medical, it wasnt as bad as i thought it would be, you cant get out of going though, you will eventually have to go for one.

Invasion

I wish I'd known sooner, I had a HORRIBLE medical, but didn't have enough time/energy to write it up before the 10th. Really glad to see that something's being done about the awful medicals though, even if it is only- at the moment- having people's stories.

System

Will add my experiences after next wednesday when i have my ESA medical. I'm prepared though.
