3 power cuts in 3 days! Action availble?

With scottish power, and as title have had 3 power cuts in 3 days. I've emailed them to express my anger with this situation. I only know about 3 power cuts, there could be more. Now I'm having to unplug everything before I go to work just incase there is any damage which is a pain obviously.

Am I entitled to anything for my troubles, more as a way of getting back some sort of discount or compensation in protest of the increasing prices? It is MSE after all. Oh, and the holier than thou's can keep their opinions to themselves, but either way post if you like you are just a few words on a web page, so it's not as if I will actually care. :rotfl:

Thanks for any sensible replies though.

Scottish Power as your supplier isn't actually responsible for the powercuts. You would need to find out who your local electricity distributor is, they would be the people to contact and ask for any compensation (which would obviously be for loss of power and inconnvenience not because prices are higher).

    Thanks

Now had 6 power cuts in 4 days!! Had a joiner in yesterday paid by the hour with an hour long power cut! Took ages to get through to them, and in the end when I got through the young girl suggested I try for compo saying it was ridiculous to have that number of power cuts in such a short space of time, and she had loads of customers complaining about the same thing. It's been passed to SP power systems for them to deal wtih.
