Where can I see/dowload some real HIPs packs

I have a real 'bee in my bonnet' at the moment about the typical HIPs packs and whether the average pack complies with the legislation and wonder if anyone can give me a link/s to any I can download. Or even PM me?

I am also curious whether the cheaper ones are less compliant than the dearer ones or not?

    Mmmm!

What a choice - see them and die?

    Will it be quick?

Perhaps battered to death by a big HIPs pack:eek:

I'll pm you when I finally get mine. He's waiting for some photographs of our energy saving lightbulbs in situ. We didn't have anything in when he came. Surely that's as energy saving as you can get, darkness?

I wonder if the agent will be amazed at the interest in this property (or it's hip at any rate) based on hits!

On average the cheaper packs tend to have personal searches, not official ones. Some lenders and solicitors dont except these. However they are compliant. I have also seen many with unofficial title reg and plan, these are illegal.

Despite the Gov and CLG web sites saying only official ones (title plan and reg) permitted I have now seen many with unofficial ones, including sample packs from HIPs providers. I can only assume no one is taking the matter that seriously as the next government may abolish them. Yes they may but I do wonder what will be in their place?
