I wonder if anyone can help with my ebay query please?
I won a pair of curtains on ebay and paid for them the following day (27th Aug) and I haven't received them yet. The delivery method stated it would be delivered by courier due to the weight of the item but no time frame was mentioned. To date I've not received the curtains and I've tried emailing the seller (twice) asking them if they could confirm when they will be despatched. I've not had any reply so far and I'm just wondering if I should just hold tight or should I contact ebay or paypal and if so what do I need to do?
Many thanks for your help

You need to open an 'Item not received' claim - I would say that the timeframe so far isn't too horrifying but the lack of contact would be enough to make me open the claim.
However, I don't know how you do it! I'm sure someone who does will be along shortly! No, Mr A, that is NOT 'Great news'!!
Wombling totals: Oct = £243.32 - £93.32 over target!
Nov Wombling Tally: £27.36 so far... behind target0 -
Report it as not recieved. Its been long enough. They haven't bothered to respond to your e-mails. Reporting them will either get your money back or get the seller to get their finger out. If there is a problem sending the very least they could do is respond to your message.0

Thanks both... I've just noticed the seller doesn't have anything else listed at the moment so I wonder if they are on holiday... but on the other hand they should have made a note of thatfact in their listing!
I'll have a hunt round and see if I can work out how to report it as not received - never had this happen before!

Sellers are obliged to have a despatch time in their settings now. Go back and check the listing. I would then open a basic paypal dialogue and say somehting like' as per your listing where despatch was shown in 2 working days (or whatever) ths item appears to be well overdue now '.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
