Overpayment to powergen can i get a refund?
Morning all, I've been a bit dipsy, our monthly direct debit was returned because there was a problem with our account over the bank holiday so I logged onto my powergen account could see this and paid £100 because it says our next payment direct debit would be the 1st October and I didnt want to fall behind. Now they have taken the direct debit payment as well so we have paid £190 this month. Has anyone been able to get overpaid monies back from powergen before?
Thanks
Thanks

You will need to refer to your agreement with the company.
If there is no mention in the agreement that they can retain overpayments then you have a right to a refund.0 -
