hi booked a very good deal to banff with lastminute.com on 1st sept for 16th dec 7 people altogether, tour operator was inghams now i had to book 4 from manchester and 3 from gatwick as lastminute said they only had so many seats allocated at that price but if after booking i wanted to ring inghams they may get us all on 1 flight as this wasn't a major problem we are all flying out same day and time, i booked it and full money was taken from inghams later that same day via debit card. now on the 5th sept i rang inghams to ask about the flights and i was told as the holiday was already confirmed (she gave me my inghams confirmation numbers over the phone) that a £15 pp fee would apply i agreed and this payment was also taken. now i have just checked online and the original holiday money seems to have been refunded back onto my card and i have an awfull feeling they have cancelled our booking (was a great price) now my question is if they have are they liable for the hotel bookings and travelinsurance i booked after been given my confirmation numbers via the telephone not received anything by post yet. if not do you think premier inns will refund me my 3 non refundable rooms out of the goodness of their hearts:rolleyes:. surely a contract has been made once the tour operator has confirmed the holiday booking even if only verbally, i do have the numbers i'm so :mad:. anyone know what the weather is like in banff at christmas:rolleyes: thanks in advance guys
