My friend no longer has a PC .He uses 1899 for daytime calls and I use one off my Email addresses to update the account .
I received an email to say payment had failed .I entered the same card number again and payment was taken within 24 hours. This invoice was dated 28/09/05
every time I log on to the account I receive a message "failed payment " for £11.41 .I no this payment has been made I received the automated email to confirm payment received .the account is showing £4.91 to be invoiced .The problem is I cant change the payment method to DD .i keep getting" error" after I enter all the new details .
I have emailed 1899 twice about this and no reply .
Anyone any Ideas on this .

I had a similar email about a failed payment as my switch card had changed number so I went in to change over to dd and it all went through fine. I checked my account the next day and they have marked the "failed" amount
as paid so it seems okay now.
I would suggest that you try deleting all cookies before going back into your account and see if that makes any difference. A number of people have had problems in trying to switch their payment method.
