Have just returned from a weekend in spain with the girls, we booked rooms at a top hotel through roomsnet.com, paid for the room in july. We arrived at the hotel to find our 4 rooms had been canceled as they had not been paid for!!! We have tried every phone number and email add for this company and can not speak to anyone. I have just pretended to book another hotel with them and they are still willing to except bookings. I am stotting mad and just want to speak with someone. Anyone have any ideas.

my sister booked with this company for the notting hill carnival in london and is having the same problem. she too had to pay again for the hotel as it had not been booked and trying to get her refund has been a nightmare,she has rang them and emailed them and got no where. she was telling me last night that they have gone into liquidation?? and she booked it on her debit card so doesnt know how to go about reclaiming the money back, (any advice on this would be appreciated!)
