your idea sounds excellent. My OH would love your idea!!
yeh, i've got 3 "first dance" songs. we're not really into slow dancing, so we really want huey lewis for the first dance, then after that a slightly slower one - hey there delilah, cos it's quite special to us, then a song i really like - black is the colour - a sort of scottish folk song, which has amazing lyrics, and sounds amazing with Christy Moore singing it, although loads have people have sung it, so currently hunting through them to see which version is my favourite.:heartsmil Getting Married 11th June 2011 to the lovely Graham:heartsmilWedding/honeymoon fund so far £69000 -

I love reading all these different ideas. We didn't have a seating plan but if we had I think we might have gone for Scottish islands. I went to one wedding where it was the bride and groom's favourite films, they chose half each so it was something of an eclectic mix.Got married 23rd May 2009, many thanks to all on the Weddings and Anniversaries board for their help and support!

A friend of mine named their tables after herbs, and had a little pot plant of that herb on the table. The groom is a chef so was quite appropriate.2010 is the year of bargain shopping! Time to money save, exercise and plan! I like to keep busy
