Reclaiming Bank Arrangement Fee charges (some success!)

Hi All,
I'm coming here today to let everyone know about my recent success in claiming back Arrangement Fees from Natwest.
As per my post below to choille ( sorry, link removed, no links allowed as a new user!)
which just happened to be here at the time of my posting.
I was recently succesful claiming back 528 pounds from Natwest for my business account for arrangement Fees. I had paid over 1700 pound for them in over 6 years and I wrote a letter of complaint about this to them in July 2009, 1 month later they wrote back and as an 'offer of goodwill' they agreed to refund 528 pounds!
This is now in my account.
The only grey area being that my bank account was in the name of myself Trading As my business name. So I'm not 100% sure if this was regarded as a business or private account in the eyes of Natwest.
But it's certainly worth a shot as I'd previously read it was not possible to be refunded for arrangement fees.
Regards,
Ron

Great stuff Ron - think is they- the bank knows it is a business A/C in my case, but I'll still try & claim it.
