any help please just wondering i put a claim in to nat west for bank charges about 18 months ago in the last two weeks my bank offered me an account upgrade which i accepted therfore the original account which the charges apply to was closed and a new account opened different number can i still pursue the claim for the closed account i have only thought about this today and didnt give it a thought at the time
