Part Buy - Part Rent Schemes

My girlfriend and I are currently renting a one bedroom flat in Greater London for £750 per month. I have been looking into a part-buy part-rent scheme and seeing what people think. Any suggestions and comments would be hugely appreciated.
Our main concern would be if we did enter the scheme is it hard to get out of? (i.e. selling our share once we want to move, will people be interested).
Also, my girlfriend is a teacher so that could open up avenues elsewhere maybe.
