It's really a moot point, since we've established that he probably didn't get it in until the 10th, but the first 14 days AFTER the date of the ticket means that the first day he has to pay is the 27th (although I'm sure he can pay the same day, it's not counted as the first day) and the fourteenth and last day is the 9th - count it on your fingers like I did to make sure.:T:T:T
