Erm,I have a problem!

Apologies if this item has been covered but I have no clue where to look or with computers so forgive me! :o

Right from yesterday I have had a problem loading anything with flash drive?? (I think thats what it is) ie Club penguin, binweevils (not for me I hasten to add!),applications on facebook poker, farmville etc. Anything that is in real time I'm guessing.

I have no idea how to sort this? My kitten does like climbing on the keyboard and last week changed my page so it was upside down but my 16 yr old sorted it for me (i'm 36 but sound like a granny!)

Now I can switch user and go onto my sons account with no problem and the websites/games are fine,it just seems to be my account??

Do any of you have any ideas? I can load up the pages its just some bits are blank (a bit like me I guess! lol) and not loading up....

Many thanks

I think you might mean Flash (media) player (software for showing animated graphics). A flash drive is a physical device that you can plug into your computer.

Go Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Select and remove Adobe Flash, restart computer and download and install a fresh copy : http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

Then post a picture of your kitten so we can all go "aaaaawww"

You could also try a system restore to a date before yesterday, if that dosen't sort the problem you can always 'undo the last restore.'
