Hi There, I'm just trying to work out the approximate age of my boiler in my flat. The boiler is running fine at the moment, heat output is good and all radiators from top to bottom are lovely and toasty. Good morning: the solution is to make 2 phone calls/send 2 emails....one to Ideal to determine the age of your boiler and the second to Homeserve (see 'General Conditions 1') to determine if your boiler would be eligible for coverage
