just some tips that i've got

i just wanted to share a few tips that have saved me money in the past couple of months, as obviously things have been a bit tighter on the wallet recently!
CINEMA
As well as Orange Wednesdays, Cineworld also have a half price night on Tuesdays, so you don't have to pay full price then either. Also you can find a lot of screenings for kids films in the morning at the weekend, which is a nice treat for them but not as expensive as seeing the latest blockbuster!
CHEAP BEER
In large supermarkets there's been a lot of offers on crates of beer lately. It's a good way to save money if you're buying a crate, but remember that it's just a ploy to get you to decide to have a bbq - and then you go and buy meat, rolls, coal, drinks... before you know it you've spent £40 you didn't mean to spend when you went in there - beware!
also, never shop hungry!
INTERNET STUFF
if you're on the internet and stuff, there's a great service called spotify, which is legal and free for listening to an awful lot of music, including stuff that has just been released. you can find it on google. cheaper than buying music in the shops, and definitely cheaper than a law suit from the RIAA for downloading music illegally!
if you need to sort out a website for any reason, there's some great cheap website stuff out there, which would be cheaper than paying someone to do it for you - we had a family friend that did this a month or two ago and it ended up being a total waste of money for him. the best website service i've come across so far is called clever little site, which includes email too.
MOBILE PHONE CONTRACTS
when you've got a contract with a mobile network, they'll try very hard to keep you as a customer of theres. so don't be afraid of looking at what other networks can offer you - they might only be able to offer you a slightly better deal, but then if you go back to your current provider with that deal, they may well furnish you with a much better deal than you're currently on, for the same price as you're already paying.
