"Vendor Suited"

Does anyone know what 'vendor suited' means? Been seeing this crop up more in the property pages.

I am guessing that it means the vendor has found a property to buy already.

Bossyboots is right, it means the vendor has a new home already lined up.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

Yes, it means vendors have found..... also read 'vendors in a rush to sell as they dont want to lose the place they have found!'

Worth getting a viewing and making a low offer.

yet bizarrely the school of thought on this board is that no-one would accept an offer from someone who hasn't sold their property. Rather than them finding somewhere to buy it may mean they are going rented or emigrating etc. also
