We are selling our home which is 3 years old and still under the 10 year NHBC warranty. The problem is we don't have the certificate,we was never sent it and the solicitors who dealt with our buying the property 3 years ago said it may have been sent to another solicitor by mistake.
I've phoned the NHBC and given them our details, they said it comes on there register as a completely different address, and a different name.I'm panicking now as we may lose the sale of our home and the one we're buying. Can anyone help,i don't know what to do next, the NHBC are still searching for our warranty and the solicitor is still searching.

Unfortunately, I can't offer much help except you need to wait and see if the NHBC of your solicitor come up with any answers.
Also, are you aware you have started this thread twice now.
