Alliance & Leicester internet banking problem

Having trouble getting onto my alliance and leicester account online for some time now.

Since i've been with the bank for over a year now, i have still to see a bank statement, as i can't get logged onto the website due to 'essential maintenance'.

Anyone got a solution to this problem?

nope, I'm an Alliance & Leicester customer and I've always been able to get in. Hang on.......yes just logged in now.

Either your browser isnt compatible (old maybe) or some firewall problems.....failing that, just call up the helpline and see what they come up with.

I agree with Paddy. I have used A&L online banking for some years and never have problems logging on. I do find that the messaging service leaves a lot to be desired as it appears not to work more often than not.

I don't understand your getting the message "Essential Maintenance" if the problem is being caused by your PC setup.

I agree, phone A&L Online Banking Helpdesk on 0844 800 1144, 7.00am to 11.00pm Mon-Sat or 8.00am to 10.00pm on Sunday.

I am having the same essential maintenance problem phoned them today but they said my internet account was fine.

They are getting the tech guys to look at it for me.

Let me know how you get on please.
