Interest on buying euro!

Hi people,

Right forgive me for being a touch thick but i recently went on holiday and because i was running a bit short on my wage, i thought why not pay for my euro using my cc. Unfortunately i wasnt aware that you get charged interest etc as they treat it as a cash withdrawal. Now im stuck with monthly interest on my interest free credit card.

Now i wouldnt mind too much but considering iv still got a good £800 left to pay on it, iv got a bit of a grudge forming. Well that and im skint, lol.

Now do you think if i ask nicely there would be any chance they would show a bit of goodwill and drop the interest? Im gutted because deep down im sure the answer is a big fat no no but im always willing to try, lol.
