My uni offers online enrolment . I enroled online, although only start the course on the 21st.
Does this mean Student finance should pay my 1st installment sooner rather than later? ie uni said they inform them today i am enrolled, so will 1st payment hit in next few days or will it be sometime after 21st?
saying that my status is still showing online at student finance as waiting signature, but i was told on thursday it had beens canned into the system so should change soon
Its just all so real now! i cant wait

Yeh I wouldn't worry about the awaiting signature bit. Mine said it for 2 weeks, I messaged them saying it may have got lost in the post, and it changed the next day....
But enrolling online does not mean you will get your payment early.
When you go to uni you will have to register formally, like fill in some more things, then once you've picked up your student card or whatever, this means you are now an active student, and you will then recieve payment 3-4 days later.0 -
You won't get your payment till the University confirm you are who you say you are and are actually a student at the uni. You still have to go to enrollment to double check all the details and when you are officially a student then you will get your money.Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2026 -£35,000 £LISA 26/27 - £1767 / £4000 :: NSD 2026 - 3 / 150 :: Books Read: 48 / 52 :: Decluttering - 1 / 365Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170
