Bank charges template letter 1

Hi Guys, i'm new to posting on the forum so i'm not sure where this message will end up!

My question is I have been fined heavily by littlewoods catalouge and wondered can i sent them the template letter for claiming back the bank charges? Can you claim cataloge fines back? Thanks you!

I've had a look on the charges reclaim forum and it looks like quite a few are trying to reclaim catalogue charges - not sure how much success they have had yet - might be worth reading this thread - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1819669 (which mentions using the CC reclaim letters not bank reclaim letters).
